I would like to personally than all the people who purchased tickets, and helped make this raffle a successful fundraiser for our club.

This Year our Club's "Hunt of a Lifetime" Draw has been changed up to a "Dream Draw"
Most of the previous years prize winners asked for the cash instead of the prizes, so this year we are just going with a straight cash prize system.
This way the winners can use the money for any "Hunt" they so desire, or any other thing that may be on your want list.
Thanks to all who have supported our draws previous years.

Here's this years raffle layout.

***Please remember, tickets can be split with one or more people to cut the cost, winners then split the prize money***

Great idea. Both equipment and "dream hunts" are very personal things. Not everyone likes guns chambered in 7.6splatz with a trip to western mongolia..

EMT incoming.

This is why we switched it up. The primary complaint about the previous years draws was that the "Hunt" we had purchased to raffle off wasn't a hunt a lot of people particularly wanted to go on. So, we lost potential ticket sales over it. This way, the winners can do as they please with the cash and our hope is it will still be used for a hunt, firearms, fishing trip, etc.

Well people here is a great chance to win some cash and help out this sporting club raise some money!

Look at your odds to win the 649 or the Lotto Max (Google it).

This ticket draw has great odds with just 350 tickets printed!! I just sent in for my third year.

Why? Because the odds are great, the money is going to a great cause helping out a Sporting club, and a chance to win.

I’m the winner of last years grand prize. Bought myself a nice rifle and looking to take in a hunt somewhere.

Some say $50.00 for a ticket. That’s too much! Well get 5 of your friends or hunting buddies to split the cost and it not so much, and split the winnings!

So help a club out! Take a chance!

PS I have no affiliation with this club…other than been one of their winners.

Internet cop here.:) So you've got an Ontario lottery license. Can you legally sell them to us out of Towners ? Be a bummer to get caught in a legal limbo.

Grizz
This is the third year we have run the raffles, and we have had two out of province grand prize winners in the past. As far as I know there is no issue.

In the last couple of years we have purchased 2 new trap machines that were way past due for replacement. The parking lot has been upgraded, and gravel brought in. This year we have upgraded the road into the club. Our club is off the beaten path, and the county will not look after the road for us, so it's our responsibility. The future plans are wiring and generator upgrades. Our club is not serviced with hydro, so we are on our own there as well. The existing underground wiring has been there since the 80's and is in need of upgrading. There is always the usual berm upkeep, target butt repairs, etc that require nearly annual repairs. Like every club, there is a constant need for funding for upkeep and upgrades.

Edit** I forgot to add, last year we sold only 286 tickets, and the year before was around 290. So profits aren't at the max (Max is approx $6500, after prizes, license cost, printing and mandatory donation to another charity) Lower ticket sales equal better odds for ticket buyers, but less $ to us.
