There are only two ways I picture something happening at all. One would be an event like High River or a fire, the other through provincial cooperation.

During the next flood, wildfire or other reaction or some reason they were nearby or going door to door anyway they'd likely take what was in plain sight for "public safety" from looters or whatever. Investigate restricted lists with the CFO's or RCMP holding private information and phishing in neighbourhoods for tips/info if anything.

Otherwise I suspect it will be a repeat of the last somewhat genuine attempt, where they tried to rangle PEI into complying as a test due to the low population numbers and density of owners/quantity of known firearms

He's specifically said he would repeal all the recent bans, including bill C-21 itself. Will he follow through? Who knows, but he's been detailed about what he would do. He's our only chance.

CPC, although not perfect are the only party that would potentially listen to a petition rally or protest. Most of their mpā€™s seem on the fence although there a half a dozen really good ones. The liberals have a recent track record of sending cops on horseback with mp5ā€™s and ski masks to protests so I donā€™t understand why anyone here would ever support them
 
Bit off topic... does anyone here believe what the media is saying about the polling right now?

I think because the liberals control the media and social media itself is typically left wing. The liberals are making it up to give the illusion the Liberals are in the lead.

The fact that apparently everyone forgot about the past 8 years doesn't make sense...

There's many polls saying this unfortunately and I'm hearing it anecdotally. The sheep are fearful of the big red man and are rushing to the perceived "safety" of the liberals. Ignoring the ten years of destruction the previous government caused. So irrational.

The day before trump won he was the lowest in the polls that he ever had been. When he won in November, comedians on tonight show late show snl, whatever weā€™re all saying ā€œit makes you think, maybe it actually was riggedā€ (they meant it as a joke but still)

Carney pledging 150 million to the ā€œunderfundedā€ cbc, Singh following with something less impressive, and Poilievre saying he plans to privatize the cbc might have something to do with it. If you look at the polls past the headlines, you realize conservatives havenā€™t fallen much at all. Most of the liberals gain have been from ndp losses. Liberals are scooping up ndp votes seeing Singh as the guy who propped up Trudeau all these years likely. There are still 3 weeks for the carney to show what heā€™s really about

Yup, bang on. I live on Vancouver Island and it looks like the NDP are going to get wiped out by their base flocking to the liberals. Same thing happening to the Bloc in PQ it sounds like.

This is how it has been PET banned full autos back in '77.

The word word from someone on the inside back in the day was that they got some Gun Digest and went through the pages and said this one looks scary. They have been planning this for a long time.

Just wait until the semi hunting shotguns and rifles are next.

I live in an Ontario riding that has voted conservative 37 years straight. Not going to let that go. But my message to everyone else would be if you live in a swing riding, you need to pull 10x as hard the next few weeks. And be friendly, not confrontational. People on the fence donā€™t want to be told who to vote for and generally they donā€™t care much about scandals. They just want to know what is being offered to them.

And what I mean by that is if youā€™re talking to some chick in the lunchroom at work about the election and she hasnā€™t told you sheā€™s a gun owner, you donā€™t get on a soapbox about gun rights and the trucker convoy. Polievre has promised to cut income taxes. What else do you need to know?

Nothing worse than blabbering about guns to someone who doesnā€™t care about guns. You have to be on board with the whole thing

Canada is not legally a country it is still legally a self governed territory of the uk. If you donā€™t believe that, reference Cal Washington, BNA Act, charter act 1982. The conditions of Canada becoming a sovereign country in 1982 were never met. Neither British parliament or the queen ever ratified it. In uk parliament today Canada is still referred to as ā€œBritish North Americaā€. The queen is still on our money and the new king will be too. Carney was in British politics for the better part of two decades and now the unelected prime minister. Look at British gun laws or Australian if you want to know the way this country is headed. (Edit, already here)

Watch braveheart or the patriot if you want to get started learning about historic figures who resisted that policy

I donā€™t believe those polls at all , they all started right after carney was placed as pm. Look into the companies running them either Chinese or run by liberal doners. There are a few people on social media that have done the research on them and they are bull#### , one account on instagram is Mario of the north and I believe the other is called whatā€™s in our food

I searched my YouTube history, searched YouTube and also the Internet. - I couldnā€™t find it.

It was little hokey with some very definite Freeman of the land underpinnings. If you locate it, take much of it with a grain of salt.

It proposes that Canada isnā€™t a real country because of some technical issues. It also makes the claim that a Charter canā€™t exist because itā€™s a document used for listing travelers on a vessel šŸ™„.

Entertaining, but pointless in the end because nobody is going to say ā€œokay guys, Canada doesnā€™t exist.ā€

Far more likely for us to be absorbed into the U.S as Provinces leave confederation, separation - heck! Even civil war is a more possible outcome.
