We got in a Anderson Arms 10.5" complete upper w/bolt carrier. Upper is complete and ready to shoot. We only got one in. Note: muzzle device is only on hand tight. I can only assume Anderson sends it like this for people who don't intend to use an A2 flash hider and want to use a different muzzle device without having to use another crush washer. If you order the upper and would like the flash hider properly installed, just call or message us and we can tighten it properly before it is shipped.
