Angled iron sights?

yup. i have a few sets, well made...

I've seen them mainly employed on a scoped rifle, so you can quickly switch to irons on close targets. There are a few versions where it's an angled rail so you can use a red-dot or eotech instead of irons. Yea you can to cant your gun... but it beats having to try to shoot a target that's 50m away with a 12x scope
A week ago, you were telling us how you were too small/weak to handle a standard weight, basic carbine. Now you are looking at all sorts of extra cool guy/high speed stuff to hang off your rifle.
Have you actually bought, and just as importantly, used the rifle yet. You might want to do that before you go all mall ninja and buy a bunch of stuff that will end up on the EE.

Really good point, I'm still working with my irons until I can shrink my groups, until I even think of adding an optic... especially if I want to start with Service Rifle matches

So if the gun doesn't have iron sights, why would you buy a set of angled irons first? Perhaps I am missing something. Some of the other posters make it sound like you don't have optics yet either.

not dissing you but,just because they have a pic of a guy who knows a guy that used them doesnt mean they are good. for your example you gave they will likely work just fine.
