Annealed necks

Are there any issues to consider with respect to necking up/down cases that have been annealed?

Should be easiest after they are annealed I would think.Guess it depends on the age of the brass too maybe, When I size .308 to 7mm-08 when it is new, I do the sizing and then anneal again, the brass I use is annealed when it is purchased.No issues as of yet.

In my experience, no problems.

I do find it is best to anneal first of course, and then neck size.
