What is the name of the powder/liquid that you put on the neck of the brass that melts at a temp suitable for annealing ?

Does anyone have a good online source for this ?

Is 750 (yellow) the one to get for brass casings ?

I get it at S.B. Simpson in Ontario. I use the 750 and it is green.
