You're over complicating the whole thing. Annealing doesn't require anything other than your propane torch and a pan of tap water. You put the brass into the pan of water, filled to just below the shoulder, heat the necks and shoulders until the brass changes colour(Not to red hot. That's too hot.) and tip 'em over.
Annealing is only done when you get one cracked case mouth too. Pitch that one and anneal the rest. It's not done every time.
