They're owned by Beretta.
There appears to be no Beretta Canada. Like Browning Canada, if it still exists.
From the writing on gun boxes, Beretta's in Canada come in from Beretta U.S.A. Does that mean two tariff's
Given the favorable trade status Canada has with the EU, why has a Beretta Canada not been created?
We all know there is a huge Italian population of Canadian's of Italian ancestry going wayyyy back.
And a huge number of these ladies and gentlemen who are very successful in business operations.
Please correct any of my assumption's.

Why does a box containing Beretta firearms have Beretta U.S.A written on it? With complete customs information on the label.
Does Stoeger order directly through Italy at Cdn- Lira exchange rates, or just purchase from Beretta U.S.A.?

I used the email address that came with my Beretta to order a free printed copy of the manual. Beretta USA called me an hour later wanting to double check my serial number. Were very suspicious until I told them I'm in Canada, to which they then became friendly and said "oh that's why you have an Italian made ****, up there yours come from Italy."

I asked Stoeger about this last week, their answer was that all of the guns were imported directly from their country of origin, Sako, Tikka, Beretta, Benelli, Franchi, etc. The only one that comes from the USA is the Beretta A300.
