Another .22 Hornet Question...Browning A-Bolt, Any Good?

Browning Hornet

I have the micro hunter hornet and absolutely love it. Super accurate, light and smooth feeding. Well worth the $$ in my opinion.

Hi, I will see if I can find one of my targets to post pics, I usually keep them (good ones anyways ;) )

I was getting 5/8" (100 meters) and under using Rem Express 45 grain. I tried the lighter Hornady's, I believe 34 grain Vmax, they didn't perform well at all. Stick with a heavier bullet.

If you do buy a Micro Hunter make sure you buy another mag. Four rounds can be spent very quickly :D

same experience with my model 40. good with 45 gr hornady, and the 35 vmax was ok at .69". factory ammo, winchester was pretty good (rem not bad either), but hornady factory ammo was terrible!

i have the micro medallion and i love it shoots good usually well under 1 moa, mine liked the 40 gr vmax bullets, and had no problem dropping coyotes in their tracks out to 150yds that was my longest shot.
