Another 3 gun shotgun question.

I'm guessing he's referring to the new 940 that's coming out.

Because the 930 is no where close to new, and if he's actually recommending it to friends then I'd hate to see what he recommends to enemies.

You got me! I didn't even know about the 930 and was talking about the 940 (while still talking about the 930 price). #amateur
And after discovering I was wrong yesterday, I did some research and agree with you guys... Too bad. We need more factory options for competition shotguns.

Get yourself a Remington 870 with a extended magazine tube. That way you wont be spending a fortune if you end up not liking 3 Gun and the 870 can be repurposed or sold easily.

You'll just end up not liking 3 gun BECAUSE you're shooting 3gun with an '870... Lol

There are deals to be had on both the Versamax and M2s if you keep you're eye out and are patient.

I think I only paid $1150 for my used M2. I did some work to it after that but that's expected for most shotguns

I've seen some really good deals on Versamax's lately. Some great sales around black friday time for new ones, and some good prices in the EE too.

I'm also gearing up to start 3gun... but I already had a pump shotgun so I just added a longer tube to keep the initial investment down.

I’m just getting into 3 gun as well and settled on a Girsan MC312 which seems to get good reviews. It’s only a 2 3/4 and 3” model but at $350 on sale I couldn’t pass it up. Time will tell I suppose if it was worth it. Now the next question is given its 5+1 if I’m going to get a caddy for double or quad loading from Taccom and which one?
