Hey i got a tc3 ss light lefty swede just got it and its a sweet rifle shoots everything i put through it under an inch this is my third swede but the first lefty odered it from ellwoods epps there is hope for leftys slipp
Hey i got a tc3 ss light lefty swede just got it and its a sweet rifle shoots everything i put through it under an inch this is my third swede but the first lefty odered it from ellwoods epps there is hope for leftys slipp
my 'sporterized' M38 circa 1900 24" barrel, some sort of synthetic stock and holden mounts.
originally the group where shot using a 3x9x32 scope and magum primers (which sucked compared to the group using standard primers - but no picture),
As of today its sporting Nikon 6-18x40 scope, and new load developed, waiting till the weekend for some more range time.
Load for those who are curious is 47gr of RE22 w/ Winchester Std Primers and Remington brass, 140gr Hornady Amax bullets. No chrony for the velocity readings yet. (Max load for M38/96 is 45k CUP which works about to 48 gr of RE22 powder -current rifles can use even more (tikka/sako/ruger and so on))
