Another 725 shows up.

I've had a few Remington 725's through here and a few months ago I acquired another.
This one has never been scoped. It came to me with all sights intact. I had the old Lyman 57WJS sight in the parts pile.
Someone gave the stock a coat of varnish years ago. I may have to get the stock redone but I might hunt it as shown.

Here's the one anglia2 is referring to.
Got this one at a gunshow 3 or 4 years ago and had the stock refinished and checkering recut. The new arrival will get the same treatment but will retain the aluminum butt plate.
