Ok I got the bolt carrier group out and I knocked out the trigger group pin but can't get the trigger group to pull out. Slid it forward a little and pulled hard but it won't budge seems to be hitting on something. Is there another pin

Hard to do this first time as the trigger group is a very tight fit in the receiver ... will loosen up a bit after it's been in & out a few times.

The trigger group can be removed with the bolt in or out.

Put the safety on & drive out the trigger plate retaining pin ( the one that goes through both sides of the receiver)
Pull the trigger group forward a fraction of an inch ... you may have to hit it with the heel of your hand to get it
to move forward the first time ... but you should see a small gap open up between the back end of the trigger plate
and the bottom of the receiver. I believe you've gotten this far.

Now press the bolt release button in while pulling the trigger group out ... by pulling it forward & down.

It may help to have someone hold the gun down while you pull on the trigger group. The first time I tried this, I found a
few very gentle taps on the trigger guard with a rubber mallet while pulling on it to be helpful while holding the rest of the gun tightly.
Easy does it .. you don't want to bruise or break anything.

Putting it back in is just the reverse ... but remember to press the bolt release button in while you are doing it.

The hammer should stay cocked while the trigger group is being taken out, while it's out... and when re-installing it,
hence the caution to put the safety on.

Wtf. Why can't I get this off. It slides forward about 1/32 of an inch and then stops no matter how hard I hit it with my hand it won't budge it feels like it's hit up against something thought I would take th butt stock off and see but when I removed the pad I find some strange time of nut that I have no idea how to remove. Gues I'll try to find a owners manual online.

Ok I figured out the problem. Quite by accident. When I removed the pin that holds the trigger group in, that pin fits through a sleeve that is held in the trigger group. The sleeve moved with the pin so as I removed the pin the sleeve slipped out of place and was hitting up against the rail on the side and would not let the trigger group slip down and out. It was by chance that I reinserted the pin which pushed the sleeve back in place and when i removed the pin again the sleeve happen to stay in place and the trigger could be removed. Whew.
