As if we haven't heard enough.:runaway:

Several of us were doing pistol drills this afternoon, but I brought along the Grizz for apres fun.

Shot 50+ rounds in total of various types..... bird, buck (00, 000, and 3" #4's), slugs.

Everyone had a go with each shell type. The buck and 3" made a mighty blast concussion.

Action is still a little stiff... not broken in, but everyone had a big s*%t eatin' grin after each turn.

My brother who is a hunter, but not a recreational shooter (I had him out a couple of times), asked me what I bought the Grizz for (not practical or useful in his mind).

For FUN! I told him... and it sure is. :shotgun: :dancingbanana: :D

What kind of groups are they shooting and what barrel length is your grizz? I was thinking of picking one up because I spend alot of time in the bush and it looks light/compact compared to my 30.30lever but it'd be nice to keep on the ATV come bird season, if it could hit anything?

all grzzley are 12.5 barrels and right now there sold out at canada ammo
are so fun to shoot and ever one who seen it at the range had a smile or a chuckel, even tried to shoot a couple of clays from the trap area with no luck (yet) that 3" have a hell of a bang to them though and my hands hurt the next day i'll tell the truth but we fire alot of 00 buck, 2 3/4 and 3" slugs that day
P.S. canada ammo maybe soon to have mag feed grizzleys

I find it plenty heavy, but very compact.

For birds..... at close to 30 yds. the spread with #7.5 bird shot is like a 6 ft. + circle. How could you miss? I'm sure it would work fine at 20-25 yards. Maybe go down one #, to a #6 shot.

It points and aims quite nicely, and is a joy to handle.

i really like my Grizzly, although it does shoot a little high. at 80 feet, it prints 8"-9" high. other than that, it's great!
