Another neck turning question

My fired cases (.223cal) read .255" at the neck and neck sized they are .2465" with a wall thickness of .012" to .013" according to my caliper. If I wanted to trim these how would I figure out the amount to take off? Math and I did not get along in school but I assume I need to add the wall thickness (x2) to the bullet diameter and then take a few thousandths off of it? Thanks in advance.

Turning the necks. I was a little bit tired when I posted that and it could have been written better than it is. I'm thinking of buying the neck turning attachment for my Lyman trimmer in an effort to make my shooting ability look worse as I eliminate all the variables but myself.
 
If you have match chamber with a tight neck, the rifle will tell you how much to take off, when its enough the round will chamber, until then it won't. If your rifle has a standard chamber, the rule of thumb for top accuracy is not to allow the neck run-out to exceed .004". Thus you trim only until the neck is within spec, and you will probably find that parts of the neck remain uncut, or it may just cut on one side, which is fine. You'll spend a few hours at this until you realize how tedious it really is, and how little difference it makes to your groups, then you'll leave the neck turning tool it’s box on the back of your bench as a curiosity.
