Another No4 Mk1 finished...

Hi everyone,

Took me a while to finish this one.

Started with new stocks - a No4 Mk2 forend, that I had to modify to fit on a Mk1. Fun, but long.

Then, bedding took a while too. New forend, so lots of wood needed to get removed here, and there, and here, and over there, and more in that corner...

Bedding the butt was quite easy in comparision.

I'm quite happy with the result. Not sure I'll have the time to shoot with it though (it's in the EE section...), but a LongBranch with beech stock is waiting for its turn now (that one will be for me... )

Wow, that looks great. I always get strange looks at the Range because my LongBranch is sportered and I have the sight guard on it haha. Hey it was 5 bucks, I couldn't resist.
