Wallaback - when you open the magazine door does the follower/carrier retract flush with the doors edge? If not then perhaps there is something caught between the door and the follower. Take the magazine apart and have a look at everything. Also check the follower spring and make sure it was not put in backwards - I don't know if it is possible to put it in backwards but you never know.
