Another Prophet River Positive

Ordered a set of Quick mount Talley rings last week
from P.R. , they arrived quickly after ordering only
missing the levers making them Slow mount rings.

I contacted Tanner on the P.R. web site Chat-line to
explain , he said Not a prob. we'll get a set of levers
out to you.

This week , 5 days later the levers arrived ..

One of four I go to first to check for everything I need and only then if they don’t have it I move on.

I agree with everything you've said minus the website, I wish there was a way to view all in stock rifles or shotguns in the same way they set up the handguns category to work during the.... dark times.

Dealt with PR many, many times. Always very good, very fast service. First place I look for anything.
They should offer customer service seminars to other vendors.

One more happy customer here. I purchased a revolver from them this summer and after the first cylinder, I reloaded and the cylinder would not close. Called PR, had a return label in minutes sent it in and had it back in under a month. Would have been 2 weeks but the smith was sick. Either way I am one very happy customer and will continue to recommend PR to anyone who is looking.

Truly a great store to deal with. I’ve had numerous dealings with Prophet River and never any regrets, they appear to have the customers satisfaction as a priority. Still waiting on transfer approval on my last of 5 handgun purchases then I suppose I’ll have to start looking for more long guns.

BTW, Jaymee has been the person I’ve dealt with the most other than sales staff and she has been wonderful in helping me sort out any issues or getting info that I needed.

Made a trip to Lloydminster and I was actually really disappointed today in my visit to Prophet River, maybe the sales rep was having a bad day but he was not personable or even seemed interested in wanting to make a sale. My wife and Daughter got the same feeling and we did not hang around, even though I felt like a kid in a candy store. I picked up the purchase I made online and we left.
