There are lots of these threads here, but I need to start another one.

I messed up my .223 primer pocket swager rod and my de-capper assembly for my .243 neck-sizer recently. All through my own fault.

I called RCBS costomer service and they're sending me the repair parts free of charge.

I've been using RCBS products for over 30 years. They're a great company to deal with.

I have to admit that on the odd occasion I have fallen off of the RCBS wagon and purchased other brandnames from time to time, but the majority,by far,of my reloading equipment is RCBS.And yes, their customer service is very good in my opinion.

I just had a problem with my Chargemaster, phoned them up, they said to mail it to them and they would replace it free of charge. I then mentioned I lived in Canada, oh wait they said, we need you to destroy it, take a picture of it and email them the picture and they'll ship me a new one. I am now a lifelong fan of RCBS.

Years ago my kids broke the primer catcher on my Rock chucker when they were playing hockey near it. I called RCBS to request a new one saying the damage was totally my fault and quite willing to pay for it. They said the quarantee covered it and a new one was in the mail.
Ever since then it's RCBS for me.

Well about half of my stuff is Lyman and half of it is RCBS. I hope that the Lyman customer service is as good if anything ever breaks on me, has anyone ever dealt with Lyman? That's awesome that they are so helpful. I love hearing of businesses that actually honor their warranties instead of pulling the classic "oh that's not covered under warranty" for everything. They are far and few between, but they are out there. What are some other businesses you guys know of that honor there warranties no problem. Vortex is another great one, Mastercraft..

I have dealt with Lyman as well and they are OK as they will ship to Canada but in my two experiences I had to pay for the parts that broke and as well the shipping. I am not complaining as I got the parts but if I can, I only buy RCBS, but that is not always possible.

RCBS customer service is second to none, if other companies were even half as good the world would be a much better place.

I had problems with both a Lyman case vibrator/cleaner Tubo I think and a Lyman power trimmer, called several times and left messages, could never get an answer, never got a call back. I checked with the local shop to see if they could help..............NO. Purchased from WSS so checked with them to see if they could help.......NO, call Lyman direct for all warranty concerns. Called Lyman 3 more times on three consecutive days, never got a call back........EVER. Gave up and swore I'd never buy Lyman $hit again !!!!

Same for me, decaping pin broke off, they sent another unit with expander ball and all for free.

For me is RCBS for all , except my pistol dies are LEE.
