This is a different sight from the one I first posted, different bridge and more elevation adjustment. I'll post the rifle its mounted on next, any information appreciated.

That sight base is a charger guide sight base. Used on the MkII** military rifles for competition use. When they needed them to be approved for military comp.

The sight is a Pilblad sight, made by CanTool.
