Another RUger question! Re: scope mounting

I'm having major problems mounting a scope on my 1b. Brownell's make a two piece rail, looks like a Picatinney (SPEL?) that moves the scope back. Anybody have one? The other option is using Ruger #4BO offset rings. Did these work for you?

Of the 4 No. 1's(A, T, V, RSI) I have, only the RSI has a single offset ring and it came that way. There was another thread like this a few weeks ago
