Hey Joe Sixpack,

I am not going to ask where you got your buck, but I am curious as to whether that antler pattern from this years buck is common to one area, or is it seen all over Sask? I have seen a number of bucks over the years that are the spitting image of that big boy (though usually smaller).

To be honest, I've never seen one with such mass, and neither has my Dad who has been hunting for 50 years and has several great bucks on his wall. It was amazing to watch him come in from so far away and still see such a massive rack. There was a 5x5 with him and about 10 does, he dwarfed the 5x5, made it look like a doe.

Yep, it definitely went straight to the taxidermist. To not do a full head mount on that guy would be a crime.
