A widow has asked me to buy all of her husbands guns. I want to give her fair value for them, and there are a few that I don't know anything about.

Any info/opinions would be most appreciated.

Remington Model 14 pump in 30 Rem good condition
Remington Model 141(?) Pump in 44 mag fair condition
Winchester 1894 in 32 WS Hex barrel, fair condition
Winchester 94 (pre 64) in 30-30 fair condition (poor storage resulting some rust marks/speckling
Winchester Model 1907 semi in 351 Win blueing is mostly gone

I know pictures would help, if I can figure out how to post them again, I will. Click here for a few...

Thanks in advance for any help!

the model 141 is not .44magit will be 44/40 these rifles were discontinued before the .44mag came on the market. I believe it would be a model 14and a 1/2 [half]

These all look to be fine pieces rough perhaps but very collectable as all look to be in original condition. Wood in the pics shown looks good. Don't let any friends take them off of your hands......LOL
Get them appraised or send some pics here, lots of guys know old collectable rifle values in this website.....FS

None of those are common guns! Asking the internet is a bit like saying, my car makes a noise. Is it the fan motor or a universal joint?

I say spend $50 and ask a busy auction house for an evaluation. It is a legitimate professional services expense to the estate, and absolutely defensible if someone accuses you of wrong doing or of you unwittingly shortchanging the estate.

Or you could just take it down to the black powder section... I'm pretty sure the old farts with the charcoal burners down there will have a better thought on it
