anschutz CIL 300

Does anyone have any ideas on finding a magazine to fit this? It seems to be a nice solid 22LR semi-auto rifle, but the missing magazine makes it difficult to load! Other than being told by unverifiable sources that a later model Anschutz mag 'should' work (for close to $100) I can't find anything.

Looks like it might, from the cabelas pic... At least it seems to have the radiused edge
The pic of the savage 64 mag also looked possible. Never having seen the CIL 300 mag I guess we'll have to just try one.
 
You want a magazine for the CIL 470 or Anschutz 520/61. Anschutz 64 looks like the wrong type.

Another site suggested the Mossberg 702 Plinkster replacement magazine might work:

I have a CIL 470, but haven't had a chance to try any of those magazines in it. Good luck!
 
If nothing is confirmed before I next see the rifle (not local) I'll borrow a Plinkster mag since I have access to those and give it the stuff test ;-)
So far I like the price and availability of those best too!

Please let us know the results! I would like to get another mag for the Anschutz, and the price on the plinkster mags at Cabela's is very good.
 
any anschutz magazine should work. savage mags work but you have to file a notch out along the back ribs. the other mag that works is the mag for the Weatherby mark 22, it too is made by annschutz. I don't think anschutz has changed their mags for eons.
