Wondering if anyone has a nut to fit an anshutz rail that they would be willing to part with. Or at least give me the measurements of the nut so I can make one. Thanks in advance.

Rifle is a Tikka T3X Sporter but I thought the Anshutz rails were their standard sizes. I

I believe you are referring to a UIT rail.
Dimensions are as follows:
Internal width of opening 10#mm
Internal width bottom 13#mm
Total internal height 4#mm
Internal track heigt 2#mm
External height 7.4#mm
External width 22#mm
If you were planning to use a stud to then mount a bipod, check out the Harris #6 adapter.
