I know it seems strange to judge the value of a gun by it's finish, but that's how they judge wear and use, by the patina/bluing/varnish wear. 60% would be a well used shooter, but
not a beater gun.
That's not to say that's what you'd get, it's blue book. Harsher restrictions in Canada on firearms leave fewer gun collectors than in the states where people collect guns like stamps or coins. I've got a '48 targeteer that sells for up to $650 in the states, bought for 50 bucks here, might sell for 100 if I reblue it.
