I think it's beautiful. Can you still get ammo for it?? My problem with antiques is that I don't reload.
that is why i now reload. couldn't find 455 ammo for the webley and it's been a rabbit hole ever since.

Have you fired the sharps? Paper or just powder and ball? How much do they leak? Do you really get that much back in your face? Beautiful collection

My dad bought my brother and I each one of these when we were kids. It’s being in storage unhandled unfired on dry fire since probably 1975. The box is a little dog eared.
Using a pair of gloves, I’ve confirmed that it does indeed ####. It is not all gummed up but sure could use lube.
Any thoughts on the value?
Thankshttps://www.icollector.com/Non-Rest...44-40-Win-lever-action-w-bbl-length_i56297927

Here I have a couple of antiques. Is there a thread for antique photos at all? I would love to see all of the antiques out there as well as post my own pics as soon as my ratty old antique revovler gets here from the USA.
EDIT- I figured I would change the title to encourage you fine antique owners to post your pics in the hope that this might get stickied

Curious what reproduction cylinder you have in that new model army? Did it take a lot of fitting to get it timed right?
