this is my 2 favorite shooters. both in 44 Russian. top one is a SA and has mahogany custom grips
bottom one is a SA and DA with black walnut grips. Oh, both are Reichsrevolvers.

This is one of my favorite all time range rifles, a Haenel Aydt i 8.15X46R, given to me by my very good friend Hornhead.
This is a VERY accurate rifle for 200 meters offhand shooting!

Beauty of a Colt there. My SAA was shipped to Chicago on 15 May 1893. Same folks likely made both guns at Colt.

One had the hammer replaced, but still "legally" an antique cone hammer

Reamed to 455. There is no shaving involved like on a Webley.

My current Antique collection has a small .975 cannon and Top to bottom a (4 Bore snider, 5 Bore MuzzleLoader, a 6 Bore ML Puntgun, 8ish bore cape gun, .75 calibre ML target rifle, 500BPE double rifle, .58 axe head pistol, and a 1863 new model army .44 with a spare repro cylinder)
