Antique question

Good day. The flow chart doesn't seem to be available. I am a long time Civil War weapons collector but looking on this site for a Winchester 73. I would appreciate any help in a simple explanation as to the licensing requirements to purchase a the rifle. Would the date of manufacture matter? Thanks for any clear, simple explanation.

I believe repeaters are not eligible to receive antique status in Canada.
It would be helpful to have the flow chart reposted.

No centerfire repeating rifle has antique status.

Not mag fed, greater then 8.3mm bore and older then '98 for rifles.
