Antique registeration?

Ok question, antique rifle, what year of manufacture does an old rifle have to be registered ?

1897 and earlier is antique, if the rifle is a rimfire other than .22, or if centerfire, is not a repeater, and is over 8.3mm caliber.
No repeating centerfire rifle is an antique.
No singleshot centerfire rifle is an antique if it is less than 8.3mm.
