Antique Revolver Shipping nightmare!!

I had a Antique RARE Norweigian Nagant Revolver shipped from the USA back on jan 29th.
It was Addressed Clearly as it was done on line so i could see the Address was Correct.
But they Wrote

My Address here! then

British Columbia
Canada

like that ^ instead of just B.C well a US Postal Chimp decided that must be England so Off she went to Bloody England.
Anyway after causeing heathrow Airport to be Locked down for 24 Hrs when the gun was Discovered> (jokeing) The gun was then sent to THAT PLACE! its Dark and theres No Oil or Rags to Lay on. :D

Then after a Month and me whineing up a full blowin Storm they Found it as the Priority Shipping had Tracking and it said it was in Great Briton.
So then it was Shipped to Canada but instead of B.C Customs it got sent to Quebec Customs where it Tracked in on the 10th March.
On the 16th (Today :))it was Realeased from Quebec Customs,
So now if Canada post dont screw up i might see the Old Norweigan gun very soon like Thrusday!

Talk about a Shipping nightmare.
The orignal Shipper did everything 100% right!
and they Still screwed it up LOL.

ALWAYS GET TRACKING On your Parcels ....

Canada post as of late has really been dropping the ball as far as Im concerned,
1 lost credit card that was only found yesterday after I went to the branch and demanded they search for it "found then" staff could just barely speak passable English, when searching for the credit card "in a envelope" they let me choose between 3 different envelopes which one was mine AND THAT WAS WITH MY BLOODY ID SITTING RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM!!!

Then a parcel I have been waiting for mysteriously appears today, not to mention a money order that completely went awol a few months ago.....:mad:

Lets just say I 100% understand your frustration.
 
Wow, Dingus! I'm glad that the UK actually released it back to Canada. I'm even more glad that it looks like you'll finally be getting it. That is a shipping nightmare alright. Sometimes I'm sure that there is a significant portion of the US population that doesn't even know what or where Canada is! I ran into a fellow in Kansas City (parking lot attendant) who had never heard of Canada and asked if it was out of state.
 
Its like the old gun wanted back to Norway! LOL

The British wouldnt have opened it even if they Did it had a RCMP letter and them guns are Antique in England to.
You can have them with no lic or Permits but ya cant have ammo and or shoot them like we can.
Im just Amazed it made it back to Canada. :)

Should have it in the next couple days.
 
Guys if ya mail something Expresspost and its not delivered in the Garenteed time,
phone that # on your Receipt and get a full Refund!
I do it all the time.
I just got a $51 Refund on a parcel that was received ONE day late within Canada.

I used that Refund to get a Roy Jinks S&W letter on one of my guns. ;)

Hey there prices are HWY robbery so if its a Day or more late get your money back. Ive done it dozens of times.

Priority international doesnt have a garrenteed delivery time Tho so no Refund on one thats over a Month and a Half late.
