Antlerless deer Cull in Alberta next week!!!!

A buddy thatwas planning on buying a tag missed out as they sold quickly. He did get a fact sheet about the hunt and it said only on private land with a list of the landowners' names and phone #'s to get permission. My guess is there will be a few tresspassing charges given out as 150 hunters in one small area for 1 month, and some people just dont give a $#!%.

From what i have read on it, its a one month hunting season in a certain area where there are no firearm stipulations listed. Whatever goes during a regular hunting season in Alberta also goes here.

Deer cull Alberta

I got on line as soon as I heard about the hunt , tags sold out fast. As for shooting a bald buck , a person could look to see if the deer has any nads. On a ewe sheep hunt I was lined up on what I thougth was a ewe , always seen ewes in that basin , sheep turned backside towards me before I shot , good thing because then I could see the nads ,turned out to be small ram.
