So this is my first antlerless tag. How does it work? Do they mail them out or do i gotta go pick it up?

We got one out of two tags for 43B (Manitoulin Island). The last 15 years she's been close to or at 100% success in 43b, even extra tags 2 to about 7 years ago but the numbers are really down so I guess were going back to 1980's, early 90's with about a 50% success rate. We tend to see as many smaller bucks as we do doe's so I am not complaining (other than it was my wifes tag and not mine that was successful - the honey do list just got longer).
