pops up once in a blue moon, usually for $100-$150 a roundJust curious if anyone knows of some brass or loaded rounds around, looking to collect some.
Ive managed to find some once fired brass, but it definitely seems to be pricey all around.pops up once in a blue moon, usually for $100-$150 a round
curious what would make it prohib.10s, if not hundreds of thousands of rounds sitting in warehouses in Canada but we can't buy it because it's all prohibited for one reason or another. I sometimes wonder how old the stuff Marstar and the like have? Who is buying the stuff if it ever moves at all?
that'll do itThe presence of explosive or incendiary materials in the bullet.
I think Arms East buys and sells this sort of thing10s, if not hundreds of thousands of rounds sitting in warehouses in Canada but we can't buy it because it's all prohibited for one reason or another. Does Marstar have any? wonder if they would pull any of the slugs and sell the primed cases10s, if not hundreds of thousands of rounds sitting in warehouses in Canada but we can't buy it because it's all prohibited for one reason or another. The presence of explosive and/or incendiary materials in the bullet. There is also the matter of ammunition needing to be cleared for civilian sales by NRcan or whoever it is now. Johnone explained it well in one of his rare moments of not being an angry #######.
I sent them an e-mail and they said they dont have any 14.5.Yes they have a lot, to put it lightly. They did at least. I doubt you are the first to ask them to pull the bullet and I don't think they ever have.
they are pretty chunky, here is a picture next to a 20mm from a spitfire and a 50bmgIt is a huge round that's for sure. that's it next to a full sized 338 LM
I kept it simple and asked if they had any, which they replied no.Did you ask if they had any at all, or any for sale to what they would assume is someone who can't legally buy it? They have (had?) 14.5mm machine guns, it would be odd if they had zero ammunition for them. It's hard to figure out since all the prohib stuff is no longer searchable on their site. It used to be fun looking at all the cool stuff they had even though it was off-limits for us common folk.
I think Arms East buys and sells this sort of thing
Going to need a muzzle brake for that one.I sent them an e-mail and they said they dont have any 14.5.
