Aquired a 38 LC in an 1895 Army Colt.
I could do better than this high...
Bored straight through cylinder with an diameter of .377 entering a bbl with a bore of .362.
Oh yeah better make that .360 + or - bullet jump a bit of unsupported flight before it contacts the rifling, that will help for sure.
I am loading full cases off 357 mag with BP in order to narrow that gap that the bullet needs to jump. I paint the brass in order to not get the hand grenade experience by loading a real 357 mag cartridge.
I bought it to learn the tweaking of 1892 army revolvers. But the specifics of the it hurt my head...
Who thought of this travesty?
