any .410 shells in the country?

there was an auction lot that included 4 OLD boxes of Imperial 2 1/2 inch and a box of .410 slugs (along with a few boxes of 12 gauge target loads and a metal ammo box) in the Ward's auction last weekend. I put a serious bid, but someone was even more desperate than I am:eek:
 
I've been eyeing up a nice 410 but ammo availability is stopping me.
EE is only good if all the stars line up and your only 60 minutes away.
 
Check your local Canadian Tire stores, good chance they will have some on hand.

Their website lists which stores in your area have stock.

i found similar results but the winchester 3" red hulls are good for up to 15 loads.

For a dozen or so years I picked up one or two New boxes of 25 Winchester 3 inch and had friends bring them to me after hunting season to add to the collection. I used to mark them but then felt no need anymore. The crimps, brass, and Sides blow out as well as they get big on the inside between 10 -15 loads, some more and some less.

I have a MEC 650jr and changing hulls seem to damage a few until I get it set right. Its easier to just keep using the many hundreds of red winchester hulls than to reset the press each time

I've been looking for about five months and have found very little variety and really steep prices.

I think the RIO stock at SFRC was the last ok opportunity that I can recall.

For example, Tenda had a great selection and reasonable prices too albeit long out-of-stock.

I had a box of 410 3" hi wall dominion slugs, Maybe should have held on to them. Sold at them at the last gunshow.
Last time I looked at C tire, sure I seen 410, but was not looking for any, so not 100% sure , and not at home this week..
earlier this fall ,I know Wal-Mart had some left in their ammo section, about all they had left as getting out of ammo. I looked couple weeks ago and all cleaned out.

Appreciate the tips, but still no luck at CT or Peavey or Walmart or Cabela's or LGS. Unobtanium.... Backorder everywhere; when it does come in, it's usually in small batches and gone immediately from what I've heard; sometimes never hitting the shelf! I'll keep looking and buy it if/when I find some...
