Anybody use mag couplers on xcr pistol mags? I would like mag couplers for my 7.62x39 xcr pistol mags so they fit in pouches better. Will any AR style coupler work? I saw the ammo source has ar15 couplers. Anyone know if they work for the xcr mags?
Thanks.

Use a 3D mag extension to get tha true 30 round length. Mag couplers waste a mag when it's dumped for speed loads.

I use the MagWedge Type 2 (no curve) couplers on my XCR pistol magazines.

I drop them all the time and have no problems, a little loc-tite on the screws holding them in helps as vibrating from weapon fire, handling and dropping your magazines can cause them to loosen.

I have a dump pouch but I'll gladly chuck my magazines around, to be honest I like them to show their use and not look brand new. :)

Thanks that's what I needed to know!

I use the magwedge angled couplers on both .223 and 7.62 pistol mags. Believe you can order directly from magwedge. I prefer the curved ones as the. The combination fits better in mag pouch.
