Any bulk 22 LR on the horizon?

long term, yes, but likely nothing before fall. 22 ammo at $50 a brick, I am not interested.

Sorry to revive a necrothread, but any progress on the 22lr? It seems like every store is short on anything <40$/brick. Even the disgusting Remington Golden Bullet sell for 12-13$ per 100 these days.

At this point we don't expect to carry 22 for the foreseeable future, sorry. Last quote for Russian surplus was higher than new US made

The 525 round boxes of federal were at my local gun shop a while ago for 39.00. Flew off the shelf quick since it's still cheaper than anything and decent ammo. I bought a lifetime supply.

That's still quite expensive. And it says a lot that almost 40$/brick flies off the shelf. I'd have bought a couple bricks too.

Last I bought were CCI blazer at 37.95, that was the best deal I could find and there was only 3 bricks left. At least I managed to avoid provincial sales taxes cause it was online, but still, not exactly cheap.

I can't believe remington golden bullets are going for 13$/100. Prices for 22lr have increased so much that if the trend continues for a year or so it's gonna cost as much per round as 9mm. That's crazy.

If it's more than 7 cents per round, it's too expensive.
There's been lots out there for 6.5 cents to less than 6 cents a round. Maybe we'll have to start reloading .22 as well !!

Where? Online or local? Best I see is about 40$/brick, and not the best quality.

At 40$/brick, that's 8¢/round. Buckets (1400) of remington golden bullets (that's crap imho) used to be the cheapest thing around, now sells for 120$, which is 8.6¢/round.

Some of the other business members have had recent sales. Cheapest being 5.9 cents per round for Blazer.
There was some federal match for 7.2 cents recently as well. Cabelas had some winchester on sale for 7 cents a round. I agree, the Golden bullets and CCI are a joke.

Buy cheap shoot cheap so it fouls once in a while I bulk buy for about 10 shooters now so when the deals good I buy 10 cases of almost any rimfire, 9mm ,x39 (non-corrosive now) 12 ga. On a typical shoot day we consume on average 1500-2500 of .22 (before the 10/22 ban ,platform change in motion on that) and 1000 rnds of x39 and 9mm maybe 500 in the rifle carbines. Lots of my kids shoot now BF/GF even my wife now kindly like it since trying a full auto in SC last month at PSA. If any members/ sponsor want to pm me about ammo sales in large bulk please forward.Thx SHB

I have seen the CCI Blazer .22LR 40gr. for $2.99 for a box of 50. The problem is, finding a store that has any stock. I'd buy at least 5000 rds. at that price. I tried 100 rds. in my M&P 22 and had zero issues.

That's 30$/brick (6¢/round). For CCI blazer, that's a great price. If I saw such a price I'd probably break the shock of my cars because I'd try to pack too much weight in the trunk.

Those are the ones I just ordered for 38$/brick. Bought everything there was (3 bricks), emailed the store to ask if they had more. I agree, that's a good product. Not the best thing, but good enough that I could use that all the time.

If you see them at that price online, send me a PM. You might want to put in your own order first though, cause I'm gonna buy a lifetime supply.
