I am looking for a match trigger, adjustable 1.5/3.0lbs, rem 700 foot, made in Canada.
Anyone make these?

Now that MDT has confirmed that they can sell base ESS only, i could re-use buttstock and handguard from my current savage 10 build.
I want to try to make a 100% made in canada rifle, without going $$$$$.
I figured an ultimatum action, and ESS base only, would get me there.
My IBI barrel on my savage, Insite brake, ESS handguard and buttstock, can all be salvaged and will get me up there and running for not too much of an upgrade in money.

MDT ESS does not require a bottom metal, as it's a chassis.
Thanks guys!
I knew of trigger tech and know how awesome they are.

Just had taken for granted the we're American made for some reason.
We Canadians have got awesome precision rifle stuff made right here!
Friggin cool

Triggertech is a huge supporter of the shooting sports.

I briefly had a TT Primary trigger (I only shoot 2 stage triggers so I sold it) but it was a really nice trigger. The specials and the diamonds are very popular in the PRS scene. The Primary doesn't go that low but it felt very light to my finger.

Trigger tech has the best warranty I have ever dealt with, I broke one of their triggers the other day and it was no fault of the trigger, I called them up and told them what happened figuring they would be like every other trigger manufactures out there and tell me to burn up the road. Not the case at all they where awesome! Sent me a warranty sheet via email and said send it in we’ll get a new out to you right away. Can’t say the same for Cadex when I had a problem with one of their trigger which in fact was a trigger issue and not a user issue, they used all kinds of excuses as to why it was my fault it didn’t work the way it should.

Thanks for feedback shawn!

No savage will see at least another 1000 rounds
Preparing for next winter project
Still in budget phase

Will also keep my savage receiver
But contemplating an ultimatum receiver
Uses same barrel threads and nut system than savage
Which is a big selling point for me
If only someone had one local so i could cycle it and try bolt lift

I got excited and posted before reading your whole post :)

The heavy bolt lift went away with the U300 model. The new Deadline is super smooth and the bolt lift has been measured at 6lbs. There are many out there shooting really well and garnering great reviews. Our barrelled actions using IBI barrels are consistently between sub MOA and sub 1/2 MOA with factory match ammo.

Remember we are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If you don't like it, we will take it back.

Very nice to know thanks for chiming in.
I saw your barreled receivers, interesting packages indeed.
But i am one fussy with profile and lenght, so would end up ordering an IBI through Mystic Precision like last time.

I see on your site that you deal in US dollars, am i on the right site?
Too bad our dollar ain’t at parity as i would snag one up asap at 1100$!

You are on the .com website quoted in USD. The .ca site is in CAD.. We support Mystic with our product. Do you happen to be Military or First Responder current or retired? Because we offer 15% off for the service.
