Just got mine in the mail on Friday and the scope arrived on Monday. DDM4 V7LW and a Vortex Razor Gen II 1-6x24. Sweet package, super comfortable and it feels a lot better quality than the S&W's, DPMS, and Bushmasters that I've handled in stores. It's still remarkably light.

Haven't had a chance to shoot it yet but should get out this week to give a range report.

Love my DD M4V5(older magpul style) rifle has ben 100% the only negative is that it is restricted. Had to sell an ar and the DD won the battle and the Colt usa got sold. Great gun tge colt but the DD is more polish, refined and confidence inspiring.

Good choices.
I had a DDM4v5s in Mil-Spec+ put about 3-4000 rounds through it, not a single issue.
Been reading a lot about Diemaco (CC) and just grabbed the MRR 16”.
The MRR is a different barrel, heavier profile, monolithic upper, carbine length has (vs mid-length on v5s) shoots like a laser beam.
Putting a few hundred rounds through it, I find it’s slightly more accurate or consistent under prolonged fire.
That could be due to heavier barrel profile.

We’ll see in due time if I made a wise switch...

I had a DD Mark 12. It was a reliable, "OK" accurate rifle--but I was disappointed in that I thought it should've been more accurate for the price

DD are great rifles, but you can get many other great quality ar15 for a lot less money.

Got an older 14.5 DD and I love it. Sadly I don't think the new rifles are the same these days and for the asking price I would recommend colt Canada

I have a DDM4 v5
Never had any issues with it
As of now it has the Geissele SD-E trigger and swapped out the handguard for a 17" Faxon CF handguard with a Noveske KX-5

I heard a 7.5 inch AR pistol at the range the other day. Indoors it was really loud with a huge fire ball. I’m hoping my mk18 10.3 inch won’t be too bad. What muzzle device do you run?

Love my DDM4V11 Pro! Very well made rifle.

Have banged it around a fair bit in 3 Gun dump barrels and IPSC rifle matches and there’s hardly a scratch on the finish and looks pretty much the same now as when I bought it. Great trigger and the rifle length gas system, muzzle break and S2W barrel make for a very soft flat shooting rifle. It’s accurate, very dependable and eats everything i chamber in it, with no problem. Very good choice!
