I just bought one!
It's a Mark XII in .44 Magnum. I am looking forward to trying this baby out with some of my jacketed bullet handloads.
Does anyone here know if it's practical to load the 300 grain JSP's for this gun? What I am wondering is this...does the length of these bullets make it difficult to get a cartridge OAL that will cycle in the DE while still having the bullet seated out far enough to get enough propellant in there for good velocities?
