Many many years ago, when Century arms was importing SKS's, they used to bring them in 10,000 at a time.
In a recent discussion with some old timers, estimates are more than 100,000 SKS's are in Canada, and the majority of them are probably NOT registered!

I admire those who stood their ground and did not comply with registration, it will make government disarming of the Canadian people that much more difficult to accomplish.

Can you imagine? Unregistered and full 10 round capacity!!
And if they ever were to be discovered by police, they would be facing 5 years in jail!
Mind boggling isn't it? What little respect I had for our government, has long gone.
+1. The more I see, the more I wish I had a pile of guns when C-68 came through and the foresight to skip both licensing and registration. Unfortunately, that horse is long out of the barn...
