The existing barrel is bored out and a longer sleeve installed internally. The portion projecting from the original muzzle is larger in diameter, to match the diameter of the original barrel.
The sleeve is one piece, end to end, and longer than 105mm.
Rifling is irrelevant.
If you were going to keep it for sentimental reasons you might go that way, but to re sell, it still isn't worth the hassle, and who would pay top dollar for something that is available unaltered for the same price
