Any factory 45/70 tipped ammo?

No manufacturer will make anything more pointed or harder than the lever revolution ballistic tip, it all has to be safe enough to load into tube magazines or they would face a lawsuit if a gun ever did go kaboom.

Because of the liability potentially involved if they are loaded into a tube magazine and have a tiny but not-zero chance of causing a magazine detonation, I doubt many companies are willing to make them. Even the black powder factory ammo I've seen pictures of that are often meant for single shots are still flat or round nosed lead. I have some 500gr spire point bullets I cast and load myself for a single shot but haven't seen anything like that offered from any factory.

Barnes does make a 300gr TTSX bullet (blue hard plastic tip) but it's meant for the 458 SOCOM and I don't know of anyone who loads it in a 45-70 case. It's the right diameter and is 300gr so load data shouldn't be that hard to find but it would require handloading. Barnes also has a couple soft point lead core bullets in their "originals" line (discontinued? I haven't seen any in years) that are somewhat pointed and .458" so would work for handloading.

There'd be, um, no point. A typical .45-70 bullet doesn't travel fast enough for a bAllistic insert to work reliably.
The Hornady bullet isn't about ballistics either. It's just a soft bit for a bullet for use in a lever action. They shortened the cases too. So it's not actually a .45-70 Government any more.

Characteristically untrue - it all depends on what features and properties the manufacturers build into the bullet. Softer alloy, lower expansion speed, that sort of thing. I've gotten the Barnes 300 gr TSX to open readily out of my Guide Gun and it was only going 2000 at the muzzle...
