A couple years ago, I built my own propane torch for turning range lead into ingots. It works great, but I built the gas line myself too out of princess auto fuel line.

I know this stuff isn't rated for propane, but it worked for a few sessions and now I want to replace it with the right stuff. If anyone is a certified gas fitters who can make up a custom propane hose for me, I'm willing to pay for materials and services, or trade for gun stuff/lead.

I have all the fittings I need, just going from the regulator to the torch, no quick connects. Just need 10-20 feet of hose and and your time.

Let me know if you are, or know someone.

Cheers

I don’t know if they’re out your way, but Barbeques Galore has lots of different length gas hoses in stock. They likely source from Fairview Fittings, whom you could probably order from too. Our local Fairview fittings closed and I guess their Edmonton office now covers the province, so I can’t go there anymore. They may or may not be taking walk-in’s these days anyways

Can also try Green Line Hose and Fittings. They will make you anything you want and they have an office in every province.

Check Princess Auto, I just put together a new flex line for our kitchen stove off of our 100lb propane tank. It was by far the cheapest way to go, after I called a few places in town that could fab one up for me the all said I was better off doing it myself. I already have the fittings and proper fitting tape for propane.
