Anyone purchase one of these from Questar? Any FTF issues at all with the tighter chamber? Mag/follower probs? Thx.

i have the g19 with 106mm bar-sto, and there is ZERO issues with it. it has been awesome so far, about 3500 rounds through it. i don't see why the g23 would be any different.

I have a G23 with stock barrel (USA GUN) but it came with a ported longer barrel as well. I haven't had any issues with it at all. If you buy a 23 and want more mags let me know. I have 3 10 round mags I dont need as I have 2 high cap mags (USA REMEMBER 1 13rd and 1 13 +2) and I plan on buying more Hi caps for it with the +2 extensions.

Late response... but what followers do you have on your mags? Do they say 2183-1 on top? I have heard many a story from folks in the US where factory 10rd mags do not feed reliably in their Glocks (with certain ammo in particular such as JHP's), and that is why they prefer certain followers (4, 5, 6+)... but they are apparently only available on hi-caps.

If it works fine for you though, that is all that matters.

yes, they are 2183-1. I have had absolutely no issues with them thus far. but, i am only shooting FMJ rounds, so i'm not sure how they would perform with HP's.

I have a G19 with the 106mm Barsto Barrel, and the 10rd mags I bought with it have the 2183 followers.
They feed FMJ rounds no problem, even the flat nose stuff, but if you load up some hollow point personal protection rounds it *always* jams on the last round in the mag.
Just a caution if you use hollow points, I don't think it matters if it is a Glock factory barrel or the Barsto. The problem is those followers.

Ahab.

Compare to a Beretta 92FS bbl protrusion.

Chamber is also tighter on the Beretta which was surprising. Didn't measure it, but there is a bit more 'wiggle' in the Bar-Sto bbl. I rarely shoot the Beretta, but when I have, it has been very accurate.
