Any good places in BC around the Greater Vancouver area on Crown Land to shoot?

Hey guys, I am a new PAL holder. I have visited the ranges in the Vancouver area, a handful before getting my PAL, and I feel like shooting indoors might not be as fun as shooting on Crown land outside, at some bottles or cans. I'm wondering if any of you can tell me about any places or at least point me in the general direction of where I can find resources on how to determine which areas are safe to fire on and which ones are not.

Thanks, guys!

Many of the old popular spots got "shot to s h i t" and shutdown, you should be able to find mapping of areas that allow shooting from any municipality then you need to find a place with a very good backstop and not assume that there are not hikers, bikers, mushroom pickers and berry gatherers in the forest unseen from "the road"

Good luck, be safe and clean up your mess!

Here are the maps for shooting closed areas of the Fraser Valley.

https://www.fvrd.ca/assets/Government/Documents/NoShootingAreas.pdf

No shooting within 400m of the vast majority of main FSRs in the region. There aren't many options left...

Depending where exactly you live, there's some outdoor ranges in PoCo, Pitt Meadows, Mission, Abbotsford, and Chilliwack that might be worth looking into. Hours, distance to shoot, and whether they have a wait list varies.

The few remaining FSR's in the fraser valley where shooting is allowed off the road literally look like garbage dumps now. Absolutely shameful.

Nice to meet you. Hopefully you won't shoot bottles ( glass ) anywhere on public or private land. Regardless of that please clean up whatever you shoot. Wildlife doesn't have footwear. Shooting paper is a way to see your accuracy after the shot and you can take it home to recall what you did right or wrong on each shot. If you click on the link Suther posted you will find that there isn't much area in the GVRD for single projectile and to be safe. There are also restrictions based on fire danger.
Getting a membership at a range is my recommendation. You will learn a lot more and be safe and most likely not have to drive as far.
Cheers
