Any good Reduced recoil loads for 308?

I have a ruger compact 308 for my 8 year old daughter and it kicks pretty good with the 150gr loads i have worked up and was wondering your thoughts on a good lighter bullet for deer at moderate (<150yds) ranges. Any help appreciated.

Using 38 grains H4895 and 150 grain bullets would get you into 30-30 territory which is pretty mild or you can go to Barnes 110gr bullets with Tac powder for a lighter recoiling load.
