Any good sausage recipes out there??

We butcher all of our own meat and are kind of getting tired of the same old prepackaged sausage mixture.

I was wondering if anyone had some good sausage recipes for wild game (moose, deer, Ekl), eg Kielbasa, polish sausage, Italian

Any thoughts?

Get a copy of "The best of wurst" by Brian Pay,B&T publishing ltd. Loaded with great info and recipes game and domesticated.

stuffers.com has just about any sausage mix you can think of.Give them a try all of the products I have used are great.I also have a bunch of fresh sausage recipes if you are interested,just pm me.
