Wondering if there is anyone who owns some Hatsan Brand shotguns? More specifically the optima synthetic slug 12 gauge. Any reviews would be great as well as pricing. Thanks guys
 
Have an Optima pump that I picked up off the EE here.
Looks good, feels good shoots good.
However, does not like shooting rapidly, have had it seize up a couple of times when emptying the magazine quickly.
 
Hatsan MPA owner here and I have 350 + rounds through it no issues and accurate as all hell with slugs. I wish my POS Utas 15 shot and cycled half as well
 
Optima MPA TS owner. Once I got it cleaned, lubed and broken in no problem. Doesn't really like light loads but functions awesome on Heavy Filed loads, slugs and buckshot. Only complaint I really have about it is that everything that is bolted onto the gun needs to be locktited as the rail, sights and stock all managed to work their way lose after 100 rounds. Very accurate and well made and good bang for their buck IMO.
 
Hatsan shotguns have a 5 year warranty in Canada. Any questions, PM me directly. I work for the distributor that imports these into the country.
 
Okay thanks for the feedback guys . I appreciate it , will help on which way to go on a shotgun. I'm looking at a purchase on a Over Under and a tactical pump. With every thing I've read up on so far the Semis in majority tacticals aren't doing good with light loads. Does hatsan make a 20 gauge Over under?
 
Hatsan 20ga O/U are currently not available in Canada. BELL Outdoors only imports 6 various 12ga O/Us.
